Ms. Bea’s House is a fully funded room and board residence for men who are recovering from drug and alcohol dependency. We provide services that meet the cultural and social needs of African American men in a safe and sober living environment.
Typically, clients transition to Ms. Bea’s House after completing chemical health treatment at Turning Point. This 32-bed unit is located in North Minneapolis. Residents may remain in the facility for up to two years if they are making progress toward their goals and continuing with case management.
The facility is licensed for Lodging with Board through the City of Minneapolis Licenses and Consumer Services Division and funded through Hennepin Counties Group Residential Supportive Housing. To be eligible for the program you must be homeless and qualify for Group Residential Housing.
